Dual tires have a set of problems all their own. In motion, the inner tires temperature increases due to in-board brakes and poor air circulation. Bracket B: mounts directly on the 1-1/4"" lug bolt.
Bracket T: mounts on the 1/4"" bolt that secures the hub cap to either a disc or spoke wheel.
